Community guidelines
Apex Metric is a place to train, share progress and push each other. These rules keep it that way, on every feed and in every crew.
Do
- Cheer people on. Everyone started somewhere.
- Share your real workouts and progress.
- Give advice kindly, and only on things you know.
- Respect privacy: post only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed.
Don't
- Harass, bully, threaten or shame anyone, including about their body, weight or performance.
- Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or body size.
- Nudity, sexual content or anything sexualizing minors.
- Dangerous advice: promoting steroids or other drugs without medical supervision, extreme dieting, eating-disorder content or unsafe training.
- Spam, scams and ads: selling products, links to unknown sites or fake accounts.
- Impersonation or sharing other people's personal information.
- Illegal content of any kind.
Crews
Crew admins can remove members. Everyone in a crew follows these rules too, even though crew posts are private.
Report and block
Tap ··· on a post to report or block, or swipe a comment to report it. Reports go to our team and are reviewed within 24 hours. Content reported by 3 people is hidden automatically until reviewed.
What we do
Depending on what happened, we remove content, warn, suspend or permanently delete accounts. Content involving the abuse or exploitation of children is removed and reported to the authorities (see our child safety standards).
