Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Apex Metric and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. Tap Delete my community account and confirm.

This immediately deletes your community account from our servers: profile, photo, posts and their photos, comments, likes, follows, crew memberships, invite code and push tokens. It cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed in with (or tell us your @username). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data on your phone and in iCloud

• On your phone: your workouts, body data, nutrition and photos are only on your device. Delete the app to delete them.
• iCloud backup: Settings app › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Apex Metric › Delete.
• Apple Health: data Apex saved stays in Health until you delete it there (Health app › Sharing › Apps › Apex Metric).

What we may keep

Server backups roll off within 30 days. We may keep reports about abusive content for up to 12 months, and records we are legally required to keep (such as purchase records held by Apple or Google). Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
